The following protocol must be followed in the event that a game cancellation is warranted:
(All games are to be cancelled due to weather conditions only, not for personal reasons.)
If the scheduled game must be cancelled due to current weather conditions, the following must be completed (in this order):
1.) Within at least ONE HOUR of the scheduled game start time, the HOME MANAGER MUST notify the Umpire in Chief, Don Lowry at (724)-525-5462.
2.) The HOME MANAGER MUST notify the Opposing Team Manager.
3.) The HOME MANAGER MUST notify his players and Team Mom.
4.) The HOME MANAGER MUST notify the Division Manager of the appropriate division. The Division Manager will then update the Calendar to show that the game has been cancelled.
5.) If the Division Manager cannot be reached in a timely manner, the HOME MANAGER MUST notify a System Admin. The Systems Admins are below:

The System Admins will update the Calendar if the Division Manager is not available.
6.) If a rescheduled date is requested, the HOME MANAGER MUST notify the Division Manager within ONE WEEK, (7 calendar days) to reschedule the game. The HOME MANAGER can check the field availability on the Armstrong Athletics website by choosing the “Team Central” tab at the top of the page and choosing “Calendar.”
(If the game has not been rescheduled within ONE WEEK, (7 calendar days) the game is not eligible to be rescheduled.)
Unnecessary cancellations: The Armstrong Athletics Executive Board voted and are in agreement that all games should and will be held on their perspective scheduled dates and times unless otherwise specified by the President or another Executive Board Member ONLY.
